Window Rattle
When the driver's side window is down, I experience no problems. When it's up, however, and I hit a bump, there's a slap, as if two pieces of metal are making contact. The sound appears to come from near my left shoulder or perhaps a bit farther back. Any suggestions?
By the way, the car has new weather stripping all around.

If you take the door panel off you'll see 2 arms that are laying against the glass, they're bolted to the door, this is how you adjust the windows(for slop)try adjusting those. What you probably hear is the window banging against those. When the window is closed and w/the door open can you grab the top of the glass and move it around? If so it needs an adjustment.

I'm familiar with the two adjustments at the top of the door frame, but I can't recall if they have a felt covering. At any rate, your idea is a good one, since the rear adjustment is near my shoulder.
Thanks,
