Hi. I have the chance to buy a black rug that is in near perfect condition from a wrecked TA. It is black and he is giving it to me for $30. The problem is that I have an '83 TA. I know that he has a newer car...I think an '86 or '88 TA. Would the rug fit in my car? I dont want to let this deal pass me by...especially since they want to charge me $220 at the local car parts store. Are all rugs from TA's/Camaros compatable? I really need a black rug and I dont feel like buying a black rug that doesnt fit my car. Will a rug from any third gen TA or Camaro fit in an '83?

Yes! Get it, if you don't I will and I have an '83 also! At the most, very minor trimming would be needed, and you can hide that!

Thanks. I was hoping so. I guess I lucked out. I told him that I want it...hopefully I will be picking it up over the weekend. Now all I need to get is a black headliner and either black seats or charcoal seats. Any body know where to get a set of seats cloth or leather for under $450? I want to redo my whole interior. I already have all the black plastic interior pieces. Do you think my interior will look bad being all black? I have a red car and I was thinking about having a completely black interior. Let me know what you think. Thanks.
