I started to have that problem and I just put silicone everywhere I could. Try lifting up the seals and squirting it in there and just everywhere you can put it. I used clear silicone caulk that I bought at sears. If that doesn't work you will probably have to replace the seals. If you haven't already, do a search on t-top leaks there were alot of posts about that in the last few weeks.

I just replaced my seals this weekend, but one area of concern is the center T-Bar. If you can get some sealant in the front and rear of that bar, you should be good to go. I went ahead and replaced my seals, pulled everything out, scraped out the cement and treated the rust spots. On the t-bar (the middle), there are two screws in the front and rear, as well as three on each side. If you don't mind removing the bar, there is a sponge type of sticker where the front and rear screws go. These get old and let water seap in. I removed mine and siliconed the areas with a liberal amount of sealant, and placed the bar back on. Then proceeded to seal the front and rear areas of the bar. Then, put sealant all around the outside of the seals where they go into the retainer (you have to pull back the seals). That should take care of it. I believe there is an article on replacing the t-top weatherstripping on this site. Check it out.

Thanks. I'll try your suggestions and hopefully wont have this problem again. If I do I'll be back asking for more suggestions I guess.
