Rear seat removal?

Has anyone done this? I thought about taking out the back seats and putting a carpeted board to cover the area, or bolting my subwoofer in the space. I dont want it to look bad, so i would spend some time on it. Any other ideas out there? Thanks, Doug

Try the car audio board, I'm sure plenty of the audiophiles have bass boxes back there.

Dude, put the bass in the hatch, the sump there is perfect for the box!

I have 2 10" "Dual" subs taht I was going to do the same thing with, but my uncle gave me an old 8" JBL bass tube and it fits in the well in the back PERFECTLY, and sounds twice as good as the two 10's would have because of how it bounces off the hatch. Just bolt a carpeted board there and put the audio equipment in the back. I ended up putting the seatbelts and seat bottoms back in the car and leaving the seat backs out. Makes for a bit more room back there and still looks halfway decent. The girlfriend was saying it wasn't entirely comfortable like that the other day when she sat in the back.
