This weekend I finally get to put the louvers on my car, but before I do, I need to touch up / repaint the metal trim piece around the hatch. I need to know what type sandpaper to use, procedures, etc. I'm thinking 400/600 grit paper (?), and some spray primer and poly paint (?). Opinions appreciated, please. The trim is not in bad shape at all, just want to clean it up before putting the louvers on... thanks.
