Does anyone know if 4th gen seats (front & back) bolt right in to the original factory holes in a 3rd gen camaro? If so do the back seats fold down just like in the third gens?

Bolt right up, no mods needed. Rear folds down just like third gen.

 

Another question......Does the back of the rear seats have a latches so that you can let them down when ever you want just like in the 3rd gens??
