Installed the grant GT

A much better looking steering wheel over the stock thing. It took around 45 minutes with a little bolt thread trouble but well worth it. I drive good so the airbag loss is not a prob. If you do do this swap take out the fuse, the yellow connecting wire at the base of the steering column. I got the painted silver type 4 spoke and it looks so much better....

Kewl. I got the chrome Challenger wheel and it was a vast improvement over the stock wheel. Looks better and the thicker diameter feels better.

"A musclecar, by definition, is a powerful and sporty vehicle that must be able to spin its tires at will. The Firebird Trans Am is capable of laying down twin black streaks of rubber several hundred feet long. We wanted to be sure it could, so we did it a half dozen times in the name of automotive science."-MotorTrend

It's really easy, all you need is a steering wheel puller tool, about $10 at Autozone.
after you remove stock wheel, you attach the grant adapter kit, put the Grant wheel on and screw the wheel to the adapter with the supplied allen screws.

Fairly simple install.
