AMAuto (Ebay) weatherstrip kit

Just got done installing my Weatherstripping kit AM-AutoParts on Ebay. It is a good kit with a few drawbacks.

The fitment on the lower door pieces is an issue. As all the pegs do line up there is none of the plastic supports in the top braces. So, when you screw it down it just stretches and distorts to the screw. I have a feeling I will need to replace those pieces eventually due to the screws going through the rubber.

The outer door felts do not line up properly. The upper lip of these pieces want to go inside the door instead of on top. A little force and a helping hand (or elongating the screw holes) can remedy this situation.

The kit came with the little triangle pieces but i did not use them as mine were still good.

The trunk surround went on without a problem, and even had a little left over.

Other than that the kit seems good. It is complete with brand new upper inner door trim panels with window felts already attached.

Just sharing my experience.
