How to take the nsoe off a 86 TA???

Hey guys,

I need to take the nose off my TA and I unbloted it everyhwere it needed unbolting and then at the bottom its connected to the frame with these sort of rubber bolts. You can't unscrew them and I don't want to cut them.

If you have no idea what I am talking about, its the same thing that holds the plastic piece of the front wheel to the fender.

Does anybody know of any way to get them off, or is to cut them the only way out?

Thansk for the help guys.

Sorry for being stupid,

But Ic ant jsut pull the middle part out. From what I understadn you have to squeeze it on the other side and pull at the same time, but no matter how hard I squeeze it won't come out. Any idead on whats wrong?

Guess I should've mentioned that over time dirt & crap gets in there & makes it hard to pull that little center pin out (and also it doesn't have to come all the way out),,, from the design I'd assume there is a tool somewhere out there made for these but I usually just get a pair of small wire cutters to wedge the pin out a little then pull with pliers one I can get some bite. Don't be to scared to break them,, I got enough to do my front & back for like $3-4 from a paint supplier around here

They can be little ***** sometimes to pull out

Thanks eadbird, I'll do that tomorrow. I don't understand why couldn't they just use standard 10mm bolts there, those rubber thisgs are so frigin annoying.
