I can't find the very front lower ground effects for my '85z28. Junkyards have POS 65$ ones, but I want one in perfect physical condition. Painting isn't a problem since I have to paint the main piece that goes around the headlights.

i have the same problem, and i havent found jack on ebay i may be forced to buy some from GM, NOOOOOOOO!!!

I was looking into getting a complete GFX, hatch louvers (metal) and a console for my '83 firebird. It was $1500 canadian so i'd say thats $800 us ?? A few years back they sold me a nose for $40 canadian. Could work out cheap for you anyway.
