i have a dent right above my door handle and someone told my i can pop it out from behind the door panel, how do i take it out

Just take a look at it. It's not too difficult. Whether your firebird has the camaro-style door panels or the GTA style will make it a little different, but easy just the same. First you take the arm rest off, then the piece around the door handle has to come off, then you use a screwdriver (or a door panel removal tool if you have it) to pop out all the plastic attachment thingies. Once that's done, make sure the window is down, and squeeze up and toward the door with the top of the door panel and it will lift out.
