Mod to lighten doors.

doors feel so heavy... sag is killer, anyone got any ideas, lighter windows maybe not sure where id get them tho lol. aluminum door shell

The weight is also what protects you in a side impact. I would leave them as is. Just replace your hinge pins and bushings need be. Think about how old the car is, That is how long it will be before you have to do bushings and pins again.

I know that, but it was late and i was board, lighter windows would be a plus tho.

You can make windows out of Acrylic. They won't stay clear long though.

Acrylic will last for years if done in the light tint color. no fading or yellowing.

I was thinking more along the lines of scratching.

I used to own an Acrylic business.

I would never use it on a street car, heck even my race car has glass.
