pillar covers

i have an 87 trans am and i was wondering if the 2 pillar covers between the dash and the roof along the windshield from an 82 trans am would fit my car.

Transmission: struggling t-5/ 4l60E

Axle/Gears: 3.08/ 3.23

If I'm looking at the right p/n's, I'd say yes. (The book is a little vague about it)
