Is it an innie or an outie?
All right, all of you take a look at the driver's side of your car. There's a black piece that comes down off of the kickpanel on top and I can't remember if it goes on top or behind the side carpeted piece to the left side. Know what I'm talking about? Let me know-thanks.
on my car that peice is behind the kick panel, on the top

I'm pretty sure the black peice goes on top of the kickpanel. I remember when I took my kickpanels out I had to move that out of the way. I've taken kickpanels out of a few junked Camaros and always had to do it.
