I can't seem to find these little retainers that fit on to the tabs that slide into the fender. I lost the ones I took off and I can't find any at the junkyard. Anyone know what they are called, part #?

Also, I'd like to get a reference picture of how the valance is attached to the lower rear fender well.

Here is a listing for your fender braces. I would contact them to make sure it fits your model year though.

 

Those are for 85-90 cars. The 91-92 cars attach to the fender through tabs that are retained by some type of clip.
