Floor pan rust update

So yesterday I started my floor pan rust repair. I started on the passenger side, I know im doing both driver and passenger side and installing new carpet so I just quickly took the seat out and cut the passenger carpet out up to the center console and covered the center console and driver side with a sheet.

From there I cut out the passenger side floor pan from about 5 inches from the front seat mount all the way to the firewall. I noticed that the floor pan is tack welded to the subframe, also the heat shield is screwed to the floorpan were I cut it out. this took me roughly 3.5 hours using 3" cutting wheels on my die grinder.

Once I measured my hole to fill I cut out my 18 gauge sheet metal. dry fit it, assessed where I would have to cut the sheet metal to achieve the dips and curves you need to assure you are still going to seat yourself on the sub frame and tack weld to it.

So far im about 3/4 the way finished installing the new pan, so far ive spent 10 hours including a couple hours for break. I would like to post pictures but Im unsure how to post them. If anybody would tell me how I would like to show you my progress
