Water underneath passenger seat,in backseat foot area........

Where could it be leaking in and how do I fix it?/Yes I have t-tops..

One of two things. Either your t-tops are leaking and that is easy enough to figure out, just check and see if you have water on your seats and center console.
Or your heater-core is leaking if it is wet only on the passenger side and only on the floor that is a good possability.

I actually had a leak that would drip on my back seat. My T-tops were leaking and instead of leaking on my leg, it would run on my headliner and drip on my back seat.

Fixed it with a little RTV clear silicone

Just a FYI

One other possiblity is the floor pans have rusted thur.

my t-tops leak down the side where the speaker is and the water goes behind the arm rest all over the floor right where you are talking about, that is probably what it is.
