GTA seats need tune-up

I just took some GTA seats that was crushed like a coke can. The GTA was cool, just wondering if I can take the rear axle and install it on my firebird. Will it fit? How hard will be? and how long? ANYWAYS...the seats are grey leather, torn, and have cool features like adjustable side and back.or whatever. they are pretty cool. I am just wondering how much will it cost and where I can take them to get them redone. They need it bad!

Yes it will fit, no problem, as long as it is not bent. If it is a 9 bolt Borg & warner there are ups and downs, the up side is, it is thought to be slightly stronger than the 10 Bolt Saginaw axel. The down side is finding parts, when you do, hold onto your wallet, you can get a 3.73:1 ring & pinion from SLP

To redo in Leather figure $500 for each of the front seats, and around $700 for the back seat. Thats a rough est, when you do it check out the leather, make sure it is not "painted" make sre the color is through the leather, not only on one surface. you will spend a little more, but when it wears it won't show so bad.

Start calling some local upholstery shops...

nice winter project.

here's what I got for $2300

Those seats look just like mine, execpt the cool firebird logos. I just want the front seats. Is it possible to change the leather?because I got a seat of seats from a 99 firebird. They are leather black. I switched the back ones only. the fron are the factory GTA seats. They are more comfortable than the 99 firebird's. Can "they" make them match?

What? Are you kidding me. Please dont ruin a perfect set of 4th gen black leather seats. They are sooo hard to find. If I could afford them...I would buy the fronts from you right away. Sell the fronts from the 4th gen...dont ruin them. How much are you going to sell the 4th gen black leathers for? I may have enough if.

Hey okfoz, I want to put some custom white guages on my GTA this weekend, but I haven't seen any templates for that cluster of guages, which I also have. Do you have or know anyone who has scanned those guages?

Thanks for any help.
