if there is rust on the body what do i do? cuz out a chunk and weld in a new one? or waht rplace the entire piece??? i dunno what to do!!!

If it is only surface rust, take what rust you can off by mean of sanding or wire wheel/brush. Treat the fresh metal to some cold galvanizing compund (available at a welders supply store for around 6-8$ a can) or as others would suggest, use some Por-15. I'd prefer cold galv but, I'm bias for having usedit on commercial outdoor bulding products for the past 5½ years (plus the gas tank is galvanized metal & look how long it's lasted).
