Help! How do you get this off the paint?!!!!

Well,
Last night I was applying Belt Dressing to get rid of that annoying belt squeal, and apparently some of it splattered off of the belt and onto my fender..
I saw this last night on one of the fenders, but didn't catch it on the other side.... I guess I just missed it.
Anyways, I tried using dish soap, and some hard scrubbing, but to no avail.

Anyone got any ideas on how I can get this crap off without damaging the paint?
(The Formula, Blue Metallic...)

Any help would be appreciated..

Try polishing compound first, if that doesn't do it go to heeavy brown compound. If that doesn't do it, sand lightly with 1200-1500 sandpaper, then progressively rub it out starting with brown heavy compound, and keep going lighter.

first i would try a clay bar; compound should only be used for extreme things.....unless you let this stuff bake in the sun then who knows.

So to use any clay bar, you just spray the area with the lubricant, then rub the bar around on it? I have never used one before, can improper use scratch the paint?

Im gonna have to buy one today...
