Yes. But none of your Camaro stuff will line up with them (hood, bumper, headlights, etc).
So, yes, you can put Firebird fenders on a Camaro, but you'll be using the rest of the Firebird front clip too if you want things to actually fit. It's been done...there's several "half Firebird/half Camaro" cars here on the forum.
