headlight stuck???

headlight stuck???
I have an 89 GTA and the drivers side headlight sticks. The motor runs and i can pull it up by hand and the motor will lock it in place. But it wont come up on its own. Sometimes i have to push it down too. I dont know what is wrong with it. Has anyone had a similar problem?
