Is the passenger side, inner rear mount, supposed to almost look bent, its like angled in. I figure its normal to compensate for the bubble in the floor. Am I rite, is this normal?

To be honest, I don't remember. I put 95 TA seats in my 84 during the early summer. They did just bolt right in with absolutely no mods.

 

They shouldn't....

Any chance your seats came out of a car that had been wrecked on that side? You'd be astonished at how flimsy the "structure" (I use the term very loosely) of a seat is. They bend easily in a wreck. If you can't figure out how I know that, don't bother asking.

this may be the prob... may not... but i thought the same thing was wrong with my 4th gen seats i was putting in... pull the lever on the front of it to get the arms the same lenghth. ya know like when ur sitting in the seat and want to scoot it up or back... u pull that little lever over... do that to make sure both tracks are to the same adjustment... i was mad because i thought my tracks were bent but turns out they weren't... hope this helps!

Ok even if they are bent. I can just grab it with a decent size pair of plyers and bend it back. It wont snap just bending it back once will it?

 

Before you do anything see if it will fit. THEN adjust as needed.

I had the track problem when I was swapping my 4th gen camaro seats with my brothers 4th gen trans am seats.
I had the problem with the drivers seat.
I was worried for a few minutes but when I put my seats in his car they went in perfect.

I just pulled the lever and pushed the track back and it lined up.
