Buy from GM, they fit the best. I had to order my front ground fx from an aftermarket place and the fit isn't all that great but the main bumper cover is perfect.

Don't be supprised that within a few years that many GM Parts will come in a box that state "Made in Japan." Happened to me with an 83 Buick. i was rearended I needed new new bumperguards, the guy at the bump shop asked if Aftermarket parts were OK, I said "NO." He got Genuine GM, only to look into the boxes and discover that they were made in Japan anyway. (The Box said GM) Darned things rusted out in a year.

Who was it that said that JapCrap lasts longer?? No one on this board I suspect, In Flint, it would be really unusual to see an old Honda, but there are plenty of older American cars. Go fig.

To save yourself some money, do what 82Recarota suggested, repaint it. Take a D/A sander, a little 80 or 120 Grit sandpaper on a pad, and sand the heck out of it, until it is all black from lack of paint. Give it a good shot of QUALITY Paint with some elastisizer in it, and it should last. Mine is 4+ years old, and no problems.
No more cracks.

We put an aftermarket front bumper on my Camaro when we repainted it, and while it fits perfectly, it is impossible to adjust my headlights without damaging the nose. The urethane is stiffer, and the indents for the screwdriver don't exist. Also the lower air dam didn't have provisions for mounting the radiator air diverter to the bottom of it.
