Hello everyone, this will be my first post ever on the forum. I have an 86 sport coupe camaro. It currently doesn't have ground effects. I'm soon gonna get her painted, so, if I can put on ground effects on her, wouldn't it be easier to get some on it, then get it painted all together? The Camaros with Ground effects look more stylish and cruisier. Mine looks like a faster car with out them. So, tell me what you think. Oh yeah, about how much do ground effects cost?

I'm almost done with my conversion.85 SC without gfx,to an 88 SC with gfx.
Well if you put the ground effects on your SC you will have to drill holes into you car to mount them.Then you will have to change your front,and rear bumpers to a 85 and up Z28,89 and up RS front and rear bumpers.If you dont the ground effects will look retarted because the gfx will be the lowest point on the car,plus the front nose and rear bumper will be lower.You also have to get the rear quarter panels and drill holes into the body to mount them.If your car doesnt have a 3 piece wrap around spoiler or any kind of spoiler then you might want to think about getting one off an Z28.It will be a pain in the ars to do this,I'm doing it myself,but when you get done It will look awesome if you've done everything correctly.
The cost of the ground effects will vary in cost depending where you get it.If you go to a junk yard,you can get it for cheap probaly.Or if you want brand new parts go to www.yearone.com
