I adjusted the bumpers so my hood would close flush, now I can't get it back open.

I adjusted the bumpers so my hood would close flush, now I can't get it back open.

I'll have to crawl underneath to get the hood up somehow. Once I do, is there a method to getting the hood closed flushed and still be able to pop the hood? Is it just trial and error? Does the latch slide up or down?

you probally tried this but push down on the hood while somebody else pulls the release.

might work?
