I want to change the Crappy Bose package in my IROC. What should i do about the kickplates that contain the speakers and amp? I want to remove them, but what will i replace those panels with?? I guess i could keep them in and just disonnect right? Also, the rear trunk well cover contains some bose speakers also. I like that rear cover and would like to put new speakers in it. is this possible?? Any help from someone with this same sound system would be a great help.

Why not replace the kick panels with ones from a non-bose equipped car?

Don't want to sell em. I am trying to keep all the original parts to my car. I think that dry rot has destroyed any functional speakers anyway... the car has been sitting for 3 years!!
