Well I am in the process of over hauling my interior. And I'm in need of some opinions, help and suggestions.

See I am going for a two tone look, but not the normal stock two tone. My interior, if you've seen pictures is pretty much all grey. I am trying to go for a grey/black look.



I have recently replaced my old grey arm rests with some new black ones from the junk yard.


These old ones where a bit warped and stained.



The new ones look much better in place of the grey, i think they fit the door better.

The one thing I am thinking hard about is what next? Should I leave my carpet grey or get black carpet?? Hurm... Or maybe should I get Black floor mats with Camaro emblem and keep grey carpet?

Second thing, WHat color seats should I get, or should i leave the ones I've got. Suggestions would help please.

And I'm also thinking of replacing my seat belts with some black ones. Think this should look good right?

Alright, thoughts, photos, opinions, flames, whatever, I'll hear it.

I think i found some nice floor matts at year one.

 

Best advice I can give you is to get rid of the horrible steering wheel.

 

Well since I don't own a Camaro I don't have camaro floor mats .... but I have black floor mats with grey carpet... and I like it so go for it

as far as pictures go... I'll see what I can do to get some up for ya

 

I think I am gonna do this, I'm wondering about my seats though....

 

I think that the two tone seats from fourth gen Camaros might look good. I have a set from a 95 with a dark grey outside and light gey inside. If you could find black and grey it would be perfect.

i have those same dark grey/light grey seats from a 93 camaro. the rest of my interior is all black, and i still love the way they look. i took some pictures with a pos camera, so they didn't come out, but as soon as i get my 2.1MP digital camera, i'll take some pictures.

 

No really, your steering wheel isn't pretty. Since you are upgrading the rest of the interior, get one of the newer camaro sterring wheels.

 

My vote: Keep the gray carpet and get black floor mats.

 

Newer camaro wheels?? But they all have air bags, me no like air bags.
