When I have my passenger windown down any where besides all the way it rattles. I have taken off the door pannel and I cant see anything to adjust. I tried to tighten the felt guides at the top but still it rattles. Only thing that did was make it a little tuffer to roll up or down the window. Any one got any ideas?

Seems to be a common problem.

I have yet to find a sure fire way to fix it.

i had the same problem and took the door panle apart a few times and tightened things or adjusted them and never could get it to stop rattleing but then i looked around and figured out it is the upper reinforcement bar in the door, i put a few rubber washers between it and the outer panel then siliconed them in. now i can crank the stereo and not rattles, hope this helps.
