lumbar support on 4th gen seats

lumbar support on 4th gen seats

do the 4th gen seats have better lumbar support than the 3rd gen seats ?

I guess it depends which 4th gen seats you're comparing to which thirdgen seats. The 4th gen Pontiac seats with the adjustable lumbar offers far better support than any thirdgen seat except for the GTA or the L/S Contour Camaro seats. Maybe the early Trans Am recaros too, although I've never sat in those.

I believe the 4th gen "power lumbar supported" seatbacks are Identical to the thirdgen Ultima "GTA" seat style. The seatbottoms though are different.

sorry i should have been more specific ...my car is a 1991 RS so i have the one piece back on them and are fairly basic
the ones i am looking at are from a 1998 z28 convertable

They're better than your 1 piece seats, but in general, Camaro seats suck.

i have cloth seats from a 93 camaro. i think they're very comfortable, much better than the seats that were in my car.
