I've never seen any vendor offer a hood like that. Reminds me of an C3 vette hood, maybe the ZL1 perhaps.

 

I've seen them for 2nd gens but never 3rd gens. I'm sure you can get just the center piece and attach it to a stock hood. It's probably what that one is.

Ive seen them in j.c. whitney for our cars, i think they were 399.99

 

You might want to give glasstek a call. I don't know if they carry them for the thirdgen or not. It's the L-88 that is narmally found on secondgen's.

ditto what he said, thats the L-88 corvette hood. I remember a place selling them as a bolt/rivet on type of cowl, not sure if they sell them as an actual hood for our cars though.
