Painting rear passanger side? NEED HELP

Car rubbed against my car and left red streaks and little bumps. No major damage occured.

I was wondering what they best way to repaint this is?

If I wet-sand the area can I just paint it? I dont have to prime it unless I get down to metal?

Whats the best way to go about taking care of this problem? Help me out guys.

If you have little bumps, depending on how serious they are, you should spread a little bondo & sand it smooth. Or if they are real Minor you can use Filling primer & sand it smooth

You should definately sand & paint the area, IF when you are sanding you do not break into steel then I personally would not worry about primer.

If you do use Bondo then you will need to use primer anyway.
