Removing paint from Ground effects

Ok boys I just got some ground effects from a 91 TA350. And there green, I got a white car so I need too get them painted eventually, but I want to get the paint off them. I've used laqour and paint remover and both didn't work what do you guys reccommend I use now. This paint is some tough ****.
