Clunk from inside door
So im taking my p/s door panel off to change the aero package ground effect piece. My door lock actuator sticks sometimes on that side and does not fully open or lock the door. So im going to change that while im in there.
But i have this clunk sometimes from inside the door. Is this common? Wjhat should I look for? I figure might as well take care of everything while I got the door panel off..

When does this "clunk" happen? when you roll the windows or when you lock/unlock the doors or some other time?
Power windows or manual windows?

power windows, the clunk is unrelated to the door lock sticking. Th clunk is over a good bump

Re: Clunk from inside door
Sounds like the window motor or something similar might have had a bolt that rusted free and fell out or something causing that whole assembly to bang the inside of the door when you hit a bump. Or something else broke off and is sitting in the door bouncing around. Either way i'd take a good look inside and give all the parts a good looking over.
