I have all new body and glass T-top seals to put on my car.

My question is do I need to line up the glass window seal in the channel any special way, or will the 2 screws center it properly?

Also Do I need to adjust the entire metal channel the seals fit into? I see the screw holes are elongated. I had to remove all the parts off the T-tops because I swapped the mechanism to a new set in better shape. Once I put the seal into the channel I will not be able to get at the 4 screws that hold it down.
