Those look like factory louvers. There should be / should have been a hex-key, 1/4 turn, dzus-style, "screw" in each of the 6 holes around the perimeter. Good luck finding the mounting hardware if they were not included.

I have the factory louvers on mine, those look the same. Should have plastic on the side slats, aluminum center pieces.

Yup, those are definitely factories. And I can tell from the pictures that you have more than enough hardware to mount them securely to your hatch. I have the same set on my car with only 4 out of the 8 hardware pieces and they are not going anywhere. Just take a rubber mallet to the clips when installing to really get them tight.
