eliminate t-tops

Hey Guys, has anyone ever eliminated their glass t-tops due to safety issues while drag racing?

Re: eliminate t-tops

Safety issues?

If you are making enough power and hooking well enough to flex the body causing the tops to come loose, you are probably going fast enough you need a cage anyway. A cage will reduce the flex.

And plastic tops were used around '91, you can still find those used.
