83 crossfire hood
Hello everyone, so here is my problem i have 83 Z28 CFI with the original stock hood with the functional louvers. Issue is when i get hard on the gas or floor it the scoops do not open. you can open the scoops by hand so they arent stuck, and from what i can tell the linkage for them is intact. So what could be causing this issue broken senor, bad wire, maybe something with the gas pedal?

How are you sure it is not working? Vacuum leak, broken wire, bad solenoid, bad ground. Check trouble shooting list in shop manual.
