Anyone Know The Correct Paint For The Z28 And IROC Hood Ornaments,Or Were They Just The Natural Black Plastic. #2 And #5 In The Drawing.

I don't know if the louvers were ever painted from factory. Could have just been the plastic. However, they are satin/flat black. People, including myself, have had good luck repainting them. Just be sure to scuff them good.

They are a satin black if repainted. Do not use flat black. They won't look right and the texture will be off.
