Rust remover/converter spray can or brush?

Using POR-15 as an example, would it be better to buy the spray cans or go with a gallon bucket and apply with a brush? I want to go with a spray can but I feel like it might be less effective. Then again spray is finer particles so it might work better.

If you brush POR-15 on, take note that it's is as thin as water and will go a very long way. Sorry no experience with spraying.

I brushed it on. It was a walk in the park. It's great stuff.

IIRC, they used to recommend not spraying it. Either way if you think about how it sticks to your hands you certainly wouldn't want to breath it imo.

Yeah, true about the hands. I had it on me for weeks before it finally came off.

Has anyone tried putting in a small hand sprayer? One that you would spray by squeezing your hand? thanks, byron
