Non adjustable passenger mirror glass tightening...?

Non adjustable passenger mirror glass tightening...?
My passenger mirror on my 83 rattles like a ****. Sounds like a can of screws!
The mirror HOUSING is tight on the door.
The glass itself doesn't budge at ALL in any direction; it's tight.
But something in there is rattling like CRAZY!!
I can get to the outermost phillips screw and that's tight. Can't really access the other two in there without pulling the glass... which I can't figure out how to do. If it just pops out, damn it's in there good!!
