anyone have any experience with this hawks parts place that just showed up on a banner?i need 2 ground effects and i saw that they had some for 75 a piece used.i was just wondering if theyre trustworthy.i dont see why they wouldnt be if dirk put em up there,but ya never know.

 

thirdgen resource isn't trust worthy, mater of fact they are in the business of screwing people over. But they are up their never the less

 

Yeah, just because they’re up there doesn’t mean they are trustworthy. Dirk can’t really know their integrity even though they contacted him and told him how superior their service *is* and that they are one of us…. (or should it be *are*? I dunno, English isn’t my mother tongue).

They might be blowing smoke up Dirk’s *** just to get more customers like us who trust Dirk’s judgment, but would turn on us as soon as our cashier’s check clears… (And it’s not like Dirk couldn’t use the extra cash flow from the ads to keep this awesome site running)

I’m not accusing them of being dirty rotten thieves, but you should always research the companies whom you do business with. Look for customer testimonials or anything close to it… And if you’re super paranoid (and/or have been dealing with companies that try to screw you over big time like I have) try searching for their company name, telephone number, or web address at www.bbb.com Something might show up…

I won an antenna on a thirdgen resource ebay auction and it was here 2 days later.

I've never purchased from Hawks, but I met the owner and his wife at Carlisle this year. They were very nice people. If I wind up needing any parts, I'll be going to them first.

 

I've bought parts from Hawks on eBay, and got great service! Everything was exactly as advertised.
