Wiper Arm Adjustment

My FSM mentions looking under "wiper arm adjustment," but I cannot find any such section ANYWHERE in the book. Does anyone have this?

Re: Wiper Arm Adjustment

Thank you much. I either don't get what they're saying about adjusting the passenger wiper below the stop, or my adjustment won't go that far. The passenger blade is now held off of the windshield, but the driver's side one is not, but just resting on the stop. The shafts my wiper arms attach to have a key, so they can't be rotated to give an adjustment in that area...
