How to remove the ground FX from 86 T/A Door?

How to remove the ground FX from 86 T/A Door?
I just got my 91 Camaro door Ground Fx for my 86 T/A.
I was wondering how you take the stock one off of my car and if I have to drill new holes for the new ground effect.
In the pic below, you can see that the door and rocker panel don't match, now they will.

May I be so bold as to ask....
Why on god's green earth are you putting Z28 style gfx on a T/A?
Sorry. I had to say that.
To get to the (5)? speed nuts holding the door gfx on, your gonna have to take off the door panel to access them. No way around that.
