Spoiler help
I have a 1988 Formula and the stock wing is toast. Does the newer style 91-92 Trans Am/Formula spoiler bolt right up or will I have to drill new holes.

Re: Spoiler help
Does anyone know what's involved in putting the 91-92 style Formula spoiler on an earlier Formula? When I had a Jeep and I would post on Jeep Forum people would chime in right away with answers. I placed the spoiler on the hatch and absolutely nothing is lining up. Is there a write up anywhere on this install? I would like to put together a battle plan before I start drilling holes in the hatch.

Re: Spoiler help
From what I hear there's quite abit of work. New holes obviously as the spoiler mounts so much further up on the rear deck lid. And I hear the mounting points on the hatch are also different

Re: Spoiler help
Thanks Matt. Im trying to figure out the best way to mount the sides. I Don't want to ruin the mounts for the original style spoiler, so I am thinking about taking a dremel to the spoiler and making custom hold downs to accept the factory tabs. If anyone has a picture of how the side mounts on the newer style spoiler that would be great.
