Hush panel removal?

Can someone tell me how to remove this panel under the steering column? I took the three torx bolts out at the bottom. Now what do I need to do?

Yeah its black but you can't have it. I'm finally replacing my heater core while I'm out on winter break. I have the dash pad out. I need to figure out how to get the rest of the dash out.

Come on guys. I know several people have replaced a heater core recently. What else besides these three bolts? It won't budge.

There should be a total of five bolts. 3 at the bottom and 2 that are covered by a couple of little caps closer to the driver. By the way, it sounds like your going by a manual on replacing the heater core. I made that mistake my first time too. You don't need to take the whole dash out. Just remove the panel under the passenger side and reach up under there and remove the screws holding the housing cover on. (It's a tight squeeze, but it's possible.)

Ok those are just caps? Yes I'm pretty much going by the book. I see some people had to take out the whole dash and some do not. I'll try to do it the easy way. You are not kidding about a tight squeeze. Thanks.
