identify this bumper fastener

Can anyone tell me where I can find this "speed washer" or what the proper name for it is? This it one of (4) that hold the headlight bucket into the front bumper cover. I was missing one when I removed my bumper and want to replace it.

Re: identify this bumper fastener

it seems to keep the headlight bucket tight in the bumper such that the bezel screws for the head lights are more easily accessible. I found them online here:

I just don't need that many, so hoping I can find them more locally at a hardware store

Hi there,
If that clip is too loose, a trick that I have used is to tap it flat with a hammer. A couple light taps on a flat surface, and it will work good as new.

Farm and Tractor stores sell them sized and loose.
Pick as many as you need.
