Installing Hawks Wrap Around Spoiler

I've read quite a few posts on installing these spoilers. I'm going to test fit and hopefully install this weekend. My question is this: do the clips at the end of the spoiler simply screw in to the spoiler? And my third brake light - does is screw into the spoiler too? I have no pre-drilled holes. I'm thinking about using small self-tapping screws.

Had to use self tappers on my Classic Industries one. I pre-drilled pilot holes though. I'll probably look into putting some epoxy in the holes as the screws try to back out occasionally.
