sanding a bumper

HI had spider cracks right in middle of bumper .git sum repair stuff fixed cracks all good now using the filler supplied in kit HOW DO YOU STOP THE BUMPER FLEXING WHILST SANDING IT

There is no such thing as fixing or repairing spiderweb in a flexible panel, only removing and repainting it. To keep the bumper from flexing you can bolt it on the car or throw it on a pair of saw horses.

If you are not totally removing the cracks by sanding they will always come back when the bumper is flexed in the least bit.
