I searched the forums trying to find the solution to this but didn't have much luck. My 85 TA has a auto hatch release. It worked when I got the car. I restored the car and now it doesn't work. Could the release solenoid be bad or relay? The fuse is good, already checked into that. Also since the car was repainted could it be a ground issue in the back of the car where the solenoid bolts up?
